  • Requesting and assessing quotes for small-scale maintenance work
  • Supervising and monitoring contractors and maintenance companies
  • Management and renewal of maintenance contracts
  • Support in drafting and updating the long term maintenance plan (MJOP)
  • Coordination of damage repairs in collaboration with the insurer

Maintenance Project Management

  • Assessing major maintenance tasks based on the MJOP
  • Requesting, comparing and explaining contractor and specialist quotes
  • Preparing contractor selection recommendations
  • Communicating with all involved parties: board members, contractors, advisors, etc.
  • Supervising the execution of the work
  • Leading progress meetings and monitoring the maintenance schedule 
  • Preparing a final report and financial settlement
  • Serving as the main point of contact for members throughout the entire project

This services is offered as an additional package and is not included in the standard management agreement. The fee is based on a tiered percentage of the total contract value.
