At Eerlijk Beheer, we believe in keeping things clear - especially when it comes to costs. That's why we work with a transparent monthly management fee per unit, tailored to the size and complexity of your VvE.

Administrative Management

  • ca. € 23,50 per unit 

    Example: 4 units x € 23,50 = € 94,00 /month x 12 months = € 1128,00/year**

Administrative & Technical Management

  • ca. € 32,50 per unit

    Example: 4 units x € 32,50 = € 130,00 /month x 12 months = € 1.560,00/year*

Additional Services

  • English-language management: € 3,00 per unit/month
  • Support for amending the deed of division: on request
  • Processing of sales requests: € 95,00 per file
  • Onboarding new-build VvE's and management; € 375,00
  • Support in drafting a new long term maintenance plan via third party: € 125,00 per service (included free of charge when onboarding with Eerlijk Beheer)
  • Additional General Assembly Meeting (physical or online) incl. preparation and minutes: € 95,00/hour
  • Custom services on request (e.g. legal advice, policy guidance, etc.)

* Our pricing depends on the specific allocation keys as outlined in the deed of division. For smaller associations, these keys usually don't differ significantly, which is why we display an average monthly rate on our website. In consultation with the association, and based on the allocation ratios stated in the deed, we prepare a customised quotation that acurately reflects your situation.

Project Management - Major Maintenance or Renovation

We use a tiered percentage fee structure for project management. Managing large-scale maintenance or renovation projects requires time, expertise and close coordination with all involved parties. We organize quotations, support VvE decision-making and monitor the execution phase. To provide this professionally, our fee is calculated as a percentage of the total project cost - the higher the contract value, the lower the percentage.
