At Eerlijk Beheer, we believe in keeping things clear - especially when it comes to costs. That's why we work with a transparent monthly management fee per unit, tailored to the size and complexity of your VvE.
Administrative Management
€ 32,50 per unit (including storing units)
Example: 4 units x € 32,50 = € 130,00 /month x 12 months = € 1.5600,00/year*
Administrative & Technical Management
€ 42,50 per unit (including storing units)
Example: 4 units x € 42,50 = € 170,00 /month x 12 months = € 2.040,00/year*
Administrative, Technical & Governance Management
€ 55,00 per unit (including storing units)
Example: 4 units x € 55,00 = € 220,00 /month x 12 months = € 2.640,00/year*
Additional Services
- English-language management: € 3,00 per unit./month
- Support for amending the deed of division: on request
- Processing of sales requests: € 95,00 per file
- Onboarding new-build VvE's and management; € 375,00
- Support in drafting a new long term maintenance plan via third party: € 125,00 per service (included free of charge when onboarding with Eerlijk Beheer)
- Additional General Assembly Meeting (physical or online) incl. preparation and minutes: € 95,00/hour
- Custom services on request (e.g. legal advice, policy guidance, etc.)
Project Management - Major Maintenance or Renovation
We use a tiered percentage fee structure for project management. Managing large-scale maintenance or renovation projects requires time, expertise and close coordination with all involved parties. We organize quotations, support VvE decision-making and monitor the execution phase. To provide this professionally, our fee is calculated as a percentage of the total project cost - the higher the contract value, the lower the percentage.
